We understand that circumstances change and are therefore happy to offer the follwoing refund structure, please see the type of appointment for our specific policy
GENERAL ASSESSMENTS
- Cancellation with more than 72 hours notice – A full refund minus a £40 admin fee
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, excluding on the day cancellations or missed appointment – A 75% refund minus £40 admin fee
- Cancellation on the day or missed appointment – No Refund (A discretionary 25% refund for extenuating circumstances may be offered)
ADHD ASSESSMENTS
- Cancellation with more than 72 hours notice – A full refund minus £40 admin fee and any fees incurred by us in processing pre-assessment tasks (e.g. QB Check £150/ Each Conners Questionnaire £30)
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, excluding on the day cancellations or missed appointment – A 75% refund minus £40 admin fee and any fees incurred by us in processing pre-assessment tasks (e.g. QB Check £150/ Each Conners Questionnaire £30)
- Cancellation on the day or missed appointment – No Refund (A discretionary 25% refund for extenuating circumstances may be offered)
AUTISM ASSESSMENTS
- Cancellation with more than 1 week’s notice – A full refund minus £300 will be offered
- Cancellation with less than 1 week’s notice, excluding on the day cancellations or missed appointments – A full refund minus £600 will be offered
- Cancellation on the day or missed appointment – No Refund (A discretionary 25% refund for extenuating circumstances may be offered)
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
- Cancellation with more than 72 hours notice – Full 100% refund without fee
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, excluding on the day cancellations or missed appointments – A 75% refund will be offered, for a second cancellation that has been rebooked, a 50% refund will be offered.
- Cancellation on the day or missed appointment – No Refund will be offered (A discretionary 25% refund for extenuating circumstances may be offered)
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
- Cancellation with more than 72 hours notice – A full 100% refund minus £40 admin fee will be offered
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, excluding on the day cancellations or missed appointment – A full refund minus £200 will be offered
- ancellation on the day or missed appointment – No Refund (A discretionary 25% refund for extenuating circumstances may be offered)
If for any reason you need to cancel or move your appointment, before the day of the actual appointment, then please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help or re-book.
