We understand that circumstances change and are therefore happy to offer a full 100% refund (minus a £40 admin fee) if you wish to cancel, unless cancelling within 72 hours of any initial assessment or follow up appointment. If cancelling within 72 hours, we offer a 75% refund for your first cancellation and a 50% refund if the same appointment is cancelled again. A missed appointment offers no refund with a discretional 25% refund option for extenuating circumstances.
For ADHD assessments, any costs that have been incurred, as set out below, will be deducted, unless moving to an alternative appointment. This is in addition to the above refund policy.
